have visited this salon for approximately 10 years, and was first introduced by my sister who has visited the salon for 11-12 years. As I am very particular about my hair – it is the first thing you notice and as such is an emotive subject, especially if as a woman I feel it doesnt look its best – I have always had the same person cut my hair. I have never had a cut by Catherine that I have been disappointed with, and she listens to what you want and advises professionally. She knows my hair, its characteristics, my style and what will and wont work with my hair type. Plus, I was introduced to Natural Glossing in the last year or so, I finally took the leap to have it done. Tashana took 20 minutes discussing my hair colour, as it was my first time and I was really nervous. I left with a fantastic, complimenting colour. The service and advice at essensuals is priceless!
