Been going to this Essensuals Salon for several years on and off now and seeing their Creative Director Charlotte Ward, who is one of the very few hairdressers I have met in my life who understands my oddly thin hair and how to get the best look from it. Many other hairdressers and cheaper salons have ruined my hair in the past so when you find someone who knows what they’re doing then they’re a keeper!

The rest of the staff are great too, I always get a lovely, relaxing hair wash and massage before the cut which they take their time over and a nice cup of coffee with biccies (all important!).
